I’m so glad you asked! Unfortunately; I myself have been a victim of wrongful incarceration and had my due process rights violated. I spent eleven days in jail for something I did not do. That was the easy part, this crooked prosecution then used my malicious and wrongful arrest, jail time & court fees to file a motion and strip my daughter from my care for EIGHTY-FOUR DAYS. A child I had spent everyday with, I did not hear her voice nor see her face. Nope, no drug usage. No DHR involvement, just pure abuse of power to the trial attorney in family law, did I forget to mention the prosecutor was also the opposing council in my child custody case? Not only is he that, he’s also what I call a “make believe judge” or “Child Support Judge” After sitting for ELEVEN DAYS on a 24 hour hold, having my daughter stripped from a loving mother, I knew I wasn’t the only one. 

With cases being brought to my attention daily, I intend to use my platform, loud mouth, legal experience and knowledge to tackle each of these challenges of Injustice - here in good ole Alabama.
